All items in our shop are currently 'Made to Order', which means the item is made specially for you, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from O Artesão. Due to the 'made to order' nature of our products, we cannot offer returns and exchanges, in case you change your mind or are not happy with the final product.

Manufacturing Defects | Replacements or Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and conduct stringent quality checks before dispatching them. With that said, p
lease understand that all our products are 100% handmade, and even though artisans make every effort to create only the best, natural blemishes and imperfections are what make each piece unique, captivating and rich in stunning details. No product in our shop is by any means 'factory-perfect'.


However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our end.

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

If a refund has been approved, you should receive the refunded amount in 5-7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to us without confirming the return address, which will be sent to you in our correspondence emails.

  • Apart from manufacturing defects or errors from our side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, and delivery times may vary.

  • Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exempt Goods

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Gift Cards are exempted from refunds.
